The highlight of the stay was the staff. They were nice, friendly, and would help you instantly with anything you need. The rooms were outdated. The bed, especially pillows were uncomfortable to sleep on. The bath tub looked very old and we had a big shower leak but it was quickly fixed by the impeccable staff. Also the water pressure in the shower was really low. I could constantly (day and night) smell cigarette smoke even though it was non-smoking floor. The restaurants in the area were expensive and the food was mediocre, and there would be barkers in these restaurants constantly trying to talk to you to convince to eat there, which quickly became annoying as you cannot avoid them since the hotel is located right in the middle of the street with these kind of restaurants.

Front desk was not friendly. The pictures on the website looks like an elegant hotel but when you go to the room you can see how small they are. You cannot open the bathroom door all the way because the toilet is behind the door. They made no accommodation for us
