"The hotel has big clean rooms with comfy beds. AC works well and double glazed windows keeps sound out. Close to two metro stations, pedestrian streets, restaurants and bars. The breakfast buffet has a large selection of Western and Asian choices, and is so filing you can skip lunch! Some staff speak some littke English, the rest are happy to use a translation app."

"We stayed at Grand Park Kunming for a little over one week. Its clean, safe and convenient for our family. The only concern that we have is the Non smoking room we stayed in still has very strong smoking smell. Other than that, we have enjoyed our stay in the Hotel."

"Overall room cleanliness and size are good, thank you hotel for special arrangements for anniversary. Location - it’s a good walk to the ancient town, but the way back needs to go up slope, so better for ride hailing. Hotel service can be better, hotel staff weren’t too helpful when asked for recommendations of places to eat or certain amenities. "
