Han hjälpte oss också med tips och förslag på saker att göra på ön. Han är mycket serviceinriktad! Vi bodde i lägenhet 3 (nyrenoverad) och hade balkong med viss havsutsikt. "Literally couldn't fault this wonderful hotel. Ultra friendly, helpful staff, so clean, convenient for local restaurants/supermarkets etc. It's a 30 minute taxi ride into Chania old town, although there are buses. Honestly, a perfect stay"

"Although the staff was very nice helpful, and professional, the resort is in desperate need for maintenance. We also had to change room 3 times (on the basis of a disturbing noise in the first one) and every room we were given had severe maintenance issues. Our third one (246) also had a really bad sewage smell coming from the interior garden. Would not recommend."
