"We stayed for 6 nights at this hotel and thought it was excellent! We loved the atmosphere especially with our two children aged 3 and 8. The food was excellent and the facilities all well organised and very clean. The star of the holiday was the kids club - our children have never been to a children’s club while on holiday before but this time we could hardly get them out of it - amazing staff, very safe and well run with a full itinerary of varied and exciting activities for them to get up to as well as multiple academies! This was our first trip to a falkensteiner resort but we would definitely be keen to go again after this brilliant experience - thank you very much!"

"Very clean and well maintained hostel (I would use hotel). We lived in a standard room with twin beds on the second floor (XII) facing another building, and it was very quiet. I was glad that we didn’t have the view, as I preferred the quietness. Comfortable beds, nice dark room (wooden window shades), clean and comfortable. The hotel is in the middle of the old town, so everything is in the walking distance. We loved it, and would come again. Breakfast was good, had everything you could need (eggs, bacon, bread, coffee, croissants, cream cheese, some veggies). For the price you are getting a lot. Truly recommend. "

"The hotel has been tastefully refurbished and is smart and clean. Rooms are a good size and are well equipped. The balcony, overlooking the garden, was a good size. The food was excellent quality with a selection of buffet items at lunch and a full evening menu well above usual hotel standards. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We had an issue with one person and this was immediately dealt with- the management is really on the ball. There is no lift so customers with mobility problems need to be aware of this. The hotel is in a quiet area. It has its own grounds and a pool. However, you can also use the facilities in a neighbouring hotel. Access to the very clean beach is through the garden gate- there are also opportunities for coastal walks. "

"So this was our second time here and it was even better than last time, seafront setting and cracking pool, definitely only a 2.5* as it’s a little tired but evidence that they are improving, food and drink options 6/10 but you get what you pay for 👍 Location has won us over 😎 if you fancy a change of delicacy one night, turn left out of the back of the hotel and a 5 min walk will lead you to the Famous Bar/Restaurant, great pizzas and perfect to watch the sunset 🌅 "
