"It seems to be an older facility with old furniture and carpet. It appears scruffy but it isn’t. The room and bathroom was clean and get cleaned every day. The carpet should be renewed then it would look and smell even better. Would stay there again."

"The name Cozy Cabin is perfect for this venue. This is basically a one room cabin. It has a Queen-size, comfortable bed. It has a corner shower that is well maintained. (there is a slight lag for water to heat, but once there the power and heat control was fine) It has a vanity sink and a virtually new toilet that flushes well. There is not a kitchen; however, there is a work area with a nice small microwave, a Keurig coffee and hot chocolate maker including an assortment of coffee and chocolate...

"The penthouse suite was a beautiful, cozy, yet spacious accommodation. We did get locked out at one point, but the host was quick to help us get back in. Overall had a great stay and a great time at the show we went and seen at the Holland theater which was just a 5 minute walk. We also tried the brewfontaine which was another short walk and they had good food and good drinks. Would recommend to anyone thinking about booking!"

"This property was so nice and they provide so much information that if you can read you know what all is going on at indian lake. We had an amazing stay. I never did find the boat dock so I am not sure it is on the property. It was an amazing little house. Hot tub was amazing and the furniture was all very comfortable. You can walk to many establishments in the area and off season is super quiet!"
