The property was clean and well furnished. Staff were very attentive and accommodating of our needs. They truly made our experience enjoyable as they were very welcoming and bubbly! The back of the hotel is facing the sea which has a lovely view and the front of the hotel has a city view which provides the best of both however, there was a lot of traffic at the front making it difficult and unsafe to cross roads. The restaurant in the hotel was delicious and had a great variety of food including different cuisines. They do need to upgrade their iron and provide an ATM or cash exchange service instead of travelling to the city to exchange money. It was advertised that a full length mirror would be available upon request but this was not the case. Overall, the hotel was lovely - especially the staff but some of the services/facilities need upgrading.

The hotel and our rooms were very clean. The ocean view is spectacular, and there is a gym on site. The bed was very comfortable, and the room always smelled fresh. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff went out of their way to make sure that we had everything that we needed. The service, the helpfulness and the food was delightful. We had a 5:00 a.m. excursion one morning and was going to miss their most delicious breakfast which began at 7:00 a.m. (so we thought). We informed the hotel the night before, and were asked what we would like to eat. Our breakfast was packaged and waiting for us the next morning on time! I also left my outlet adapter and was unable to charge my phone. I told this to one of the staff, he in turn solved my problem. He made a call, found out the cost and sent his brother into town to buy one for me! Now that is going above and beyond. I am indeed grateful for the exceptional level of service we all received from the entire staff with their warm and friendly smiles. I plan on returning next year and will only stay at this location. The only thing I did not like is that I had to leave this beautiful place!!!
