"Room with very comfortable beds, which is the hotel's strongest point, service by the guys at breakfast very bad, no desire to work, bathroom located on the ground floor with a smell worse than a public bathroom in the city center, where I have already informed the management so that they can take action. Very nice pool for families. Good hotel for families on vacation and good breakfast!"

" “We were moved from one room to another because the A/C in the first room was leaking a lot of water. In the second room, the window wasn’t closing properly, so they had to take a window from another room in the middle of the night to fix it. The pool was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. Overall, a very disappointing experience.”"

"The temps dropped to 50s F and the room I was in didn't have a thermostat. After freezing the 1st night I told the front desk and they told me they would turn it on. It came on for the 2nd night, I froze again the 3rd night as the heat wasn't turned on. I would never stay there again. Breakfast was nothing but pastries no silverware on tables."
