Very bad experience
Dear Vrbo Customer Support,
I am writing this to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the experience I recently encountered while using your platform.
I made a booking for what was advertised as a 'whole house' property, intending to accommodate my family of five. However, upon arrival, we were greeted with a property consisting of two separate apartments with no connecting access. Due to this unacceptable condition of the property, we had no choice but to seek alternative accommodation at the very last minute, incurring significant additional costs as a result. This turn of events was entirely unexpected and caused a great deal of inconvenience and stress during what was supposed to be a relaxing holiday.
I was referred by your service, to your subcontractor Bellvila, they contacted the property owner regarding the refund, and he refuses to take any responsibility. It is simply unacceptable that Vrbo and its partners allow these deceptive listings.
I am attaching the property description from your website, where no mention of this critical separation is made, further proving the misleading nature of the listing.
I demand an immediate and full refund for the original booking.
