"Very friendly staff and free convenient shuttle buses to Orlando theme parks. If you forget to pick up a souvenir at the theme park, they have an Orlando Studios store inside the hotel with some of the same souvenirs."

"The the property is nice . Staff was amazing.The rooms were excellent.We stayed on the 14 floor the view from the window was gorgeous. There was no free breakfast included, which was kind of sad. But they did have a lot of places where you could have breakfast and lunch. Everything's was in walking distance so that was nice . Will be staying there again "

"The hotel and room was very clean! Very quiet place to stay. The staff when we checked in wasn’t the friendliest but in the morning at check out they were so nice and welcoming. Breakfast was just average-cereal, bagels, boiled eggs. Only took us about 5mins to get to Universal and parking was easy! I’d stay here again. "

"I travel for work and this is close to my job site. Great staff, great hotel, great price. When booking online there’s a resort fee that you pay at the hotel. It’s not crazy, just not disclosed online. The room was nice, clean, and quiet for the most part. For the price point it’s an excellent hotel in a decent location."
