Cars/Parking
We have a walk-up attached double garage with parking in front of our unit. You can also park a car in front of our garage (careful not to block the driveway for our neighbors. There are also TWO parking spaces across the driveway.
Please pick up a Lake Village parking pass and register all of your vehicles with the security office at Lake Village's Office (at the recreation center). They have nothing to do with the rental of the unit, but they regulate the parking and provide security services in the complex.
Also, you need to place a Douglas County parking pass in any vehicle parked outside. This pass is stored on the wall by the front door in a brochure holder.
Douglas County requires they be displayed on the driver’s side dashboard of each permitted vehicle. The parking pass shall have the VHR permit number, license plate number of the vehicle, address of the rental unit, and a phone number for the person responsible for the vehicle. Failure to have the specified information on the parking pass is a violation of this code and may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the owner of the vehicle.
Quiet hours in Lake Village are 8pm - 8am.
