"We were in town for the HPU game. Our family enjoyed our stay. It was cozy and perfect for us. We cooked at home the whole weekend and the kitchen is very well stocked with all the supplies needed and spices. The added touch of having coffee supplies and toiletries in the restrooms were very much appreciated! We traveled with a dog. The back yard was perfect for him to exercise. This home is a must stay! "

"I had to come to Brownwood for work training, and I wanted to stay somewhere quiet on the water. This place DID NOT DISSAPOINT. The owners were awesome, I had to stay an unexpected extra day. I will definitely stay here every time I come here for training. I really was a nice peaceful week! I would 12/10 recommend. "

"It was the right size for our family gathering. I would say it was built in the 1960s, so it has some age on it. We all enjoyed the spacious living room, nice-sized kitchen and 2 full baths and a half bath. We had to clean the outdoor areas. Very dirty. The frig door was full of used itemd. Pots and pans old, grungy and unusable."

"If you are coming to Brownwood, this is an excellent place to stay! It is clean and bug free. Moonyeen and Don were absolutely wonderful to work with. "Nice big house with a boat dock, near public ramp. Other rentals on same property, use same boat dock. Plenty of parking for everyone. The stairs in the house are very steep. House needs some maintenance and lots of big spiders on the boat dock, but overall, we had a great time. The neighborhood was without water for a day and a half. "
