We had a very comfortable stay at Hotel Holiday. It is in a nice location for walking the village. The rooms were clean and adequate. The breakfast was simple but nice.

We stayed here last March, service was great , breakfast is the best . Rooms were clean and just had a mountain views. Would definitely come back here one day. Furthermore, we are grateful for the global shipment of the jacket. Awesome stay!

Hotel was awesome! Staff was great! Room was perfect and the breakfast was outstanding! We would stay there again. Beware that the walk to the hotel is steep. Hotel is high up so this could be a challenge to some although we loved it.

A short but uphill walk from train station they have transport but it’s 5 Swiss francs a person but a doable walk with a carry on bag Breakfast was sumptious , quiet area but no t close to any restaurants but Zermatt is a small but beautiful town so everything is in walking distance

Hotel Holiday was a great place to stay in Zermatt. You can easily walk to anywhere in the town from the hotel. The Gonergrat lift is very close to the hotel, and makes it easy for skiing. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was an excellent way to start the day. It is also nice that the restaurant is open for dinner and that the food is delicious.

Amazing cozy hotel.

Awesome hotel only about 200 yards from the town center, so it was convenient. Quiet area too. There is a hill to walk up to the hotel but it didn’t bother anyone in my family. If you’re going skiing it was very convenient to the Sunnegga funicular and the ski rental shop next to it. We loved our room which had a beautiful view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. The whole staff was very friendly. They even had a cool bar/living room off the lobby. And the bowl of oranges in the lobby were absolutely amazing. The breakfast was also very good with tons of options. We want to go back there.
