Room was unique like the name of the hotel. Hot tub/spa area was pretty nice. Had some trouble sleeping due to loud partiers at bars downstairs, and the church bell that goes off at 7:00am-ish in the morning. So be wary of that, as there is no air conditioning, and leaving the windows open to cool the room down is noisy.

Superb Accomodations and Staff.

It was an amazing stay! I highly recommend the Unique Hotel Post. Upon arrival we were greeted with prosecco and made to feel at home while checking in. Our rooms were comfortable and had breathtaking views of the village. Our location was exemplary, in the heart of Zermatt and near all shopping. I can't wait to visit again.

Trendy boutique hotel with great staff. Location is 5 min from the train station and they pick you up in an electric taxi. The staff was lovely. The spa was nice. However the hotel was very noisy at night with people smoking/chatting outside on the street late into the night. The noise carries Into the rooms so pack some earplugs.

We stayed at several different hotels throughout Switzerland and this one was our favorite!!! Cozy, clean, and in the middle of everything. It checks all the boxes for an amazing stay. If you like dancing, the bar/club located at the basement level of this establishment stays open till 4/5am and the bartenders are super friendly. For those worried about the noise level, I stayed on the 3rd floor and couldn’t hear anything at all. Oh and don’t forget to bring swim shorts/attire to enjoy the spa. Enjoy

Modern Rustic Hotel in Perfect Location

Super hotel right on the town square. We were there in Ma and the area was relatively quiet but the hotel service was top notch. The restaurants were fantastic, especially the daily breakfast, and the rooms were chic, the bathrooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. And the view from our room was spectacular - see attached picture.

From check-in to check-out everything was wonderful. Staff friendly, location was excellent; walking distance from train station. The free breakfast was a great extra. The hotel smells divine as soon as you walk in the front door. Room was well decorated and comfortable. We got a room with a Matterhorn view which was fabulous to see on a clear day. The property is conveniently located. The spa is amazing. The rooms are nice. The location is VERY NOISY with people partying at nearby pubs until 2:30 am every day we were there. No AC meant we wanted the door open. But the noise made it impossible to sleep.

Really nice hotel in the heart of Zermatt. We were able to walk to property from train station. The staff was professional and efficient. We stayed in a room facing the street and the noise from the bars was overwhelming. Had a hard time sleeping due to the noise. I would definitely request a room in the back next time. Bed was super comfortable though.
