"Great value hotel in good location for exploring parks, located just next to cable car. Rooms comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast buffet okay, but fairly limited choices, and quite busy with larger groups of tourists when we visited. Very helpful member of staff on reception who spoke English and arranged taxis for us to get to various sights. "

"The staff was friendly and polite; however, the room was not the cleanest nor the most comfortable. The carpet was pretty stained up and the bathroom only had 1/4 a roll of toliet paper. The toliet paper, I might add, was not refilled so we were on our own for that. The restaurants and breakfast were pretty bad as well. The hotel is no more than a 2.5-3 star "

"Hotel Boss(Pei Pei) is very helpful, and she can speak English. A lot of foreign tourists stay in this hostel which make this hostel lively. The only problem which my friend is not happy because of NO LIFT. He needed to climb up and down using the staircase. He nagged me few days about it. I don't mind to come back to stay this hostel again."

This hotel provides the excellent services including yummy breakfast, train station pickup, free laundry facility and so forth. "Was here for two nights after four nights up in Wulingyuan, very friendly staff, spoke enough English to provide guidance and suggestions. They helped me with my Tianmen Mt. itinerary, path suggestion, and transportation. Room is very cozy and neat, provides toothbrush, comb, shower cap, body wash and shampoo where many places in China don't supply. I just wish the room can be warmer during the winter."
