Checking in was easy. However, i arrived when everyone was checking out, so there was a bit of a wait. Staff were always friendly and pleasant. Room was nice and spacious, though looking a little outdated. Toilet was nice and big with a view of the city. Good water pressure and temperature. However, it would be nice it there was a bidet. Hotel is located just on the exit (on the right) of Luomashi station. Super convinient. Also walked to Kuan Zai Alley from the hotel, and it was not too far. Overall a good stay. Wll come back in the future.

The hotel is in a great location, staff were helpful and friendly. The room is well laid out, the bed is extremely comfortable. The handheld shower cannot be adjusted to tilt down, while there is an overhead shower this is not ideal if you don’t want to wet your hair. The water pressure is excellent, we appreciated the face washers. Breakfast catered mostly for the Chinese guests, however there was still plenty of choice for westerners. It is uncomfortably hot in the restaurant, this makes enjoying breakfast more difficult. The photo of the pool in the advertisement doesn’t reflect the pool area, we didn’t find it very inviting as the picture suggested it to be so didn’t use it as it was so hot anyway to be outside. I would recommend this hotel for the location, service and room amenities.

My stay at the Chengdu Hengren Grand Boway Hotel completely exceeded my expectations! It's a perfect choice for both business and leisure travel! The hotel boasts a spacious swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and hot springs, all with clear water and a private and elegant environment. After a swim, a sauna session completely melts away fatigue—it's the perfect way to unwind while traveling! The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. It is beautiful hotel!
