"Great hotel with super attentive staff. Room is very comfortable and has great amenities. The checkin was easy and the staff were always available to assist during our stay. Hotel is conveniently situated above Q Square which has a great selection of shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Train and Bus stations are also downstairs in the shopping mall. Perfect place to discover the city. Only thing this hotel could improve is their Gym, its not set up very well and the equipment is pretty bad.....

"The bed at the citizenm was absolutely fantastic. The sheets were perfect and we loved that the bed was placed directly up to the window so you could gaze out of your window from bed. We also loved how you could change the colors of the night lights and the convenience of the hotel (it was literally a 3 minute walk to the MRT station and to some larger bus stops). Unfortunately the red led light was out for our room so we couldn't have any color that needed red (such as purple, red, orange...
