"Beautiful property, very clean with great landscaping and wonderful staff. Good choice of restaurants. However, there was one entire area of the property that was reserved for "preferred" customers. No proevious indication of this, no gates or anything, but we were told to leave on of the pools because we were staying on the wrong part of the property. The Oceana restaurant was also off limits to us, with no previous indication. The "seim-out" pool in front of the room was nice, but not...

"We chose Garza Blanca due to its reviews of 9.0 and from the moment we arrived to our departure it met and exceeded expectations! We are already planning our next trip to this very resort and bringing friends. This is our fifth different resort in Cabo and each of those had top-tier qualities but always something diminished the experience. Garza's staff was friendly and responsive - we were never forgotten and things happened in a timely way. Walking down the expansive hall with art-covered...

"Refrigerator in room didn't work. Hot water wasn't working for most of the time . Everything else was good. "

"The property was beautiful and had multiple options for a family to be entertained. The only issue I had was some of the staff’s lack of attention to people of color (specifically, the preferred client’s cabana area on the beach). We went several minutes without being responded to while people around us were being catered to."

"This hotel is adequate but needs quite a few upgrades. The staff is excellent, very accommodating, and friendly. The location is good. The food is mediocre but we are not foodies so this did not matter to us. I left a pair of sandals by the pool which unfortunately was not turned into lost and found. This was a little disappointing. It would be nice if there were a couple of drinks in the fridge and if they replenished the coffee in the room. "
