"This is an excellent property. Checking was without issue. Despite a slightly cloudy rainy day, the view of the back deck is awe inspiring. Property had all the utensils required to cook for family. "We stayed here on our first trip to Kentucky, the house did not disappoint. Plenty of room for 5 adults and 4 young teenagers. We did not feel cramped and there was plenty of beds. Fenced yard for the dogs too! The kids loved the loft. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Lovely gift basket upon arrival. The host was quick to answer all of our questions. "Perfect place for our family weekend getaway to the lake. The house was very clean and so cute. Only a short 10 minute drive to Lees Ford marina to pick up our boat. The house was super cozy and we loved it. There is no gas grill as pictured but we were able to go 5 minutes down the road to the family dollar and buy a charcoal grill. "We were in a group of 3 couples. House was great, super clean, plenty of parking, and very close to Conley Bottom Marina. We had a small peek view of the lake from the back deck, and lots of outside space to hang out and build a fire in the evenings.
