"Embora se autodenomine hotel, é um flat. Tem algumas comodidades, mas muitas falhas. O lugar é cheio de regras, das quais você não é informado. Concordo com a regra que banhistas deve utilizar o elevador de serviço, mas não custa nada avisar aos hóspedes da regra e informar por onde é a entrada, que é escondida (preferem que um segurança constrangido dê essa informação).
