"We had a nice stay , the location was perfect, very close to canals, markets. A 10 min walk to tram 1 or 3 takes you to the station. It says it’s 1st floor, but it’s up a flight. It’s huge space, comfy bed. Only negative was not enough TP , towels not enough for 4 days, and no internet. I did chat with support, no issues were resolved. But it didn’t hamper our stay"

"Our host was very gracious and attentive. Very nice and modern accommodations. Roll-out couch was very firm and comfy. Quiet flat. Easy check-in and checkout. Though the winter temps outside were below 3C, the heating available in the flat was exceptional. Public transportation was very convenient. Godiva outlet in walking distance. "The apartment is lovely, very very clean and modern. Fresh linens and towels. Easy to navigate to via Google and Apple Maps. Check in and out had no problems. Pascal and his wife are so kind and attentive, they provided a brief tour when I arrived, a binder full of information about things to do in the city, and all text communications were answered very promptly and clearly. "The staff of Hotel Harmony are excellent, and the hotel offers a list of very useful restaurant recommendations. We were in the hotel in early February, which is clearly a low-residency time that they were using to do some painting and refurbishment. This didn't affect our enjoyment (much) and will be a benefit to people who visit in a warmer time of year."

Excellent, very friendly and helpfulreceptionists!

"The staff went above and beyond to fullfil all my needs. The temperature in the room was rather cold (very cold weather outside) and I couldn't figure out how the air con works. The receptionist listened to me carefully and then then sent someone to only adjust the temperature in the room but left an additional heating unit in my room should if I need it. the only reason I gave 4 starts for comfort was the noise from outside. The location is central and I had a wonderful view from my room. It was just a bit loud. Maybe should have brought earplugs. Apart from that, both receptionists I had the pleasure of talking to were extremely welcoming, nice and polite. Really appreciate it, thank you! :)"
