"The rooms are very comfortable, clean and modern. The bathroom is spotless with very modern fixtures and both a tub and a sizeable shower. The lobby is cavernous, but remarkably quiet and the front desk staff and lobby bar staff were friendly and efficient. I felt completely at home as an American woman traveling solo. Oh, and the convenience to the airport is fantastic! Wish the Rome Hilton was this nice."

"Just hours after check in, I canceled the reservation I had made for later in the week ant another hotel and re-booked at the Platzl. Everything you need is in the vicinity, the staff are very helpful and kind. The bar and amenities are top notch. "

"We love staying in this place! We went during Christmas season so the hotel was nicely decorated, it made us feel just like home. Breakfast was delicious, however the lady making the omelets that morning needs to take a customer service class or just stay in the back. We had dinner in the hotels restaurant (DÉLICE La Brasserie) and all the waiters were so attentive and polite. Our room was comfortable and spacious, however it needed a little makeover, some of the cabinets in the bathroom were broken. "
