Flowers and chilled white wine in the fridge made us very happy. What we were less pleased about was the previously uncommunicated moisture damage in the bedroom next to the bed and the water dripping through the ceiling on the only rainy day. We would have liked to have been informed openly before the start of the trip. We still see considerable homework...
