"The hotel staff is awesome - everyone I encountered was so friendly and willing to help lil non polish speaking me. Lots of choices and great things to try at the breakfast! Helpful staff there too. My hotel room door didn’t lock which left me uneasy as night, I even put a chair in front hahaha. My sheets came off one night and there was lots of old hairs on the mattress which gave me the jeebies. The pool is good enough, saunas are hot but kinda small. The jacuzzi is definitely a jacuzzi but it isn’t a hot tub so be prepared for colder than bath water. The service and the people are amazing. Some tightening up would bring this place back to life. "
