Whether it was the front desk team, the housekeeping staff, or the servers at the restaurant, everyone was attentive and genuinely cared about my comfort. Speaking of the restaurant, the food is absolutely divine. Every meal was a delight, with fresh ingredients, beautifully plated dishes, and flavors that left me wanting more. The breakfast buffet in particular was a highlight, offering a great variety of options to suit every taste. The service at Alex Lake Zürich is second to none. Every request was handled promptly and with a smile, making my stay seamless and relaxing. The hotel itself is stunning—impeccably clean, with modern, stylish décor and a tranquil lakeside setting. The kind of hotel that you do not want to leave...

Super friendly staff, very modern and clean room with a stunning view over Lake Zürich. Naturally a bit high-priced, but you definitely get what you pay for: it's a luxury hotel and you receive first-class treatment. Excellent breakfast buffet. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, and walkable, with a simple but great Italian restaurant within a five-minute walking distance if you do not want to dine at the hotel.

An absolute gem of a hotel. The Alex delivers it all: An attentive an accommodating staff, clean and spacious rooms, excellent location just outaide of the city (but a 5-10 minute walk to the train station) great views overlooking the lake, i could go on.
