A wonderful cozy and charming house, well furnished, offering all amenities you need during your stay in Zurich for up to 10 persons. The house has a luxurious garden in the back where you can enjoy your lunches or just relax when the sun is shining.

The Space:
This cozy house offers 4 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms on 2 floors including 1 free parking spot in front of the house 15' from Zurich City center. The kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need during your stay.

This exquisite property is on 3 floors, with 4 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms.
On the ground level, a welcoming living room merge effortlessly with the outdoor areas, creating an ideal setting for both lively gatherings and quiet moments in the nature.
Move up to the second floor to find luxurious bedrooms and peaceful nooks, all thoughtfully designed to be your restful retreat. The top floor offers flexible space, perfect for setting up a creative home office, a private sanctuary, or an entertainment lounge, adapting to your lifestyle needs.

Second Floor:
- Two additional bedrooms, each with a double bed

Guest Access:
You'll will receive the Check in Instructions with all necessary information, including the Code to get the key, 1 day prior to your arrival day.

The Neighborhood:
The house is located in "Kreis 6" (District n.6) of Zürich.
Kreis 6 is situated in the Oerlikon neighborhood, which offers a unique blend of residential charm and commercial vibrancy. The local culture and traditions reflect the modern and cosmopolitan atmosphere of Zurich. The neighborhood is known for its diverse community and welcoming atmosphere.
District 6 is located half way between Zurich Airport and the Old Town. Staying here will give you ease of access to all parts of the city, making it highly convenient.
Everything is safe, secure, fun and very well connected.

Stores: Oerlikon features a range of shops and boutiques catering to various interests and needs. From fashion boutiques and specialty stores to grocery markets and convenience stores, residents and visitors can find everything they require within a short distance.

Bars and restaurants: from cozy cafes serving Swiss delicacies to international cuisine restaurants, there is something to satisfy every palate.

Outdoor activities: if you are nature lover, you can easily reach Kaeferberg, a lovely mountain peak on the west side of District 6. Just a 30 minutes walk and you can be right in the middle of nature. The area boasts several parks and green spaces, providing opportunities for leisurely walks, picnics, and recreational activities. Additionally, nearby trails and bike paths offer the chance to explore the natural beauty surrounding the neighborhood.

Getting Around:
The property is located half way between Zurich Airport and the Old Town. Staying here will give you ease of access to all parts of the city, making it highly convenient.
From the airport you can easily reach the house in just 20 minutes via tram.
If you wish to reach Zurich old town, you can have just a short walk to the Station "Bucheggplatz". Here you will find buses and trams that in approximately 15 minutes will take you to Zurich the Main Train station or any other place you'd like to visit in Zurich.
Since Zurich hast one of the best public transportation infrastructure in the world, we highly recommend going around by Bus, Tram or Train.

If you wish to skip public transportation, taxis and ride-sharing services like Uber are also available in Zurich, providing an additional mode of transportation for getting around the city. You can easily hail a taxi or book a ride through mobile apps.

Walking and Biking: the area and its surrounding neighborhood are pedestrian-friendly, making walking a convenient option for short distances. Zurich also promotes cycling, and you can find dedicated bike lanes and rental services throughout the city. Biking is a fantastic way to explore the area and enjoy the scenic routes.

* There is a parking available on the left side of the house for free.
* Additional fees may apply in the event of significant damages to the apartment.
* While we love pets, unfortunately, our house is not pet-friendly at this time.
