They were very welcoming and assisted me with everything l needed and provided additional detail about the surrounding things to do around the hotel. There wasn't anything l didn't like. I definitely recommend this place and l will stay here again the next time l go there again "

The concierge and staff and very friendly, cordial and helpful! Breakfast at the hotel is really good - tasty and quality good. Room service is good as well. "

"A very well placed hotel with great amenities. The pizza machine was fascinating. Sadly, one of the bar staff (male) was quite condescending to one of the newer female bar staff. She was doing a good job given she was only 3 days in, he wasn’t very polite to her, it was a shame to see. "
