"Trying to check into the property was difficult. No one was on site to help and calling for assistance was not successful. Other than that, the experience was amazing!! Room was clean abd spacious. Shower ran out of hot water half way through every shower and the shower head was set up such that one had to huddle in the corner to bathe or risk blowing out the curtain and flooding the floor . "It was exceptionally good value for money given the prime location. The staff were very accommodating and there were some lovely little touches like, complimentary gluwein, fruit, christmas chocolates, a free mini bar and a seemless very late check in. The shower was superb with good temperature control and pressure. The breakfast was delicious with a superb variety of hot dishes. They were also very flexible and would happily provide you with whatever you requested. Our stay was so good we have looked into staying in other hotels of the same chain. "
