Very nice Hotel ... but dont stay too long ... pillows are terrible, completely squishy and useless ... pool is only 4ft deep impossible to swim ... So if you like floating in the pool only and dealing with neck and back pain due to the subpar pillows ... this is the place for you !!!
However ... the staff is friendly and helpful and the Hotel is beautiful for things like weddings and such ... just not so great for extended stay !!!

The room was great for us family of 4. Having 2 bathrooms and 2 rooms was awesome. Breakfast was great. Staff were awesome. Lived our stay here. Highly recommended. Supermarket at the basement and easy access to mall ; a plus.

Stayed for 3 nights at Seda Hotel. Check in and check out was fast. Breakfast was good. Staff was great. Very near to Ayala Mall, we just walk 2-3 minutes to the mall, there was an access way to mall.

My stay with Harolds is pretty decent. I was a little bit disappointed because I booked a Superior Room, 1 King Bed but the room looked dated. The flooring near the desk was damaged and was a tripping hazard. The room did not have a blowdryer and hair conditioner which is what I believe to be a norm in hotels. The room was spacious enough to accommodate all my belongings and the AC was really cold, which is super ideal.
Staff members were quick to respond to requests - very commendable. Also, the breakfast options were really good and tasty.
Overall, it was a good experience and I will consider Harolds next time I visit Cebu.
