Houtskar Island Adults Only Holidays

Not the most up to par Kimpton property. Tried to check in a few hours early and was told the room was ready but I would have pay $50 to check in early Front desk sent us on a long walk to dinner and everything was closed. We had to order delivery in our room and by then very late

Really nice hotel overall and very good value. Two things to note: 1. Their valet parking is basically required because there’s no easy parking near the hotel. It’s $40 a day. 2. The room can be quite noisy due to it sitting right above the highway. Our room is on the highway side so it’s really loud. Try asking for a room on the other side if you can. The breakfast is very good and overall an excellent hotel.

The area is good. The staff good. The actual hotel room…less than expected. Had to call for housekeeping as soon as we entered…balcony floor and chairs were obviously filled with debris from last guest. The hotel towels were hard and thin…far less than expected at a property of this stature. The view of Beverly Hills was great!

Expectation were met above and beyond! Traveled with the family and our experience could not had been better. From the moment of arrival, all the staff if sure to great you and make you feel welcomed. Amenities and views were amazing! I don’t think you will ever want to stay anywhere else once your experience a stay here !!!

A lot of stuff was broken, like the fan in the room. This would not have been a massive problem, except this hotel does not have AC. Using out-of-room restrooms was not as big a deal as expected, they were almost never full.

Very clean and quiet place. Room had new fridge and air co. Very friendly personal . I Love that place. I keep coming back there.

Quite area, easy chek in/out and a lot of nearby stores and restaurants easily accessible. Would come back again
