A beautiful well kept hotel that is within a 10 minute scenic walk to Disneyland. The only downside for me was the lack of a convenience style store to allow for the purchase of small food items as I found the restaurant's to be overly reliant on set menu's that were too large. The hotel would benefit by considering those who don't always want to spend big on 3 meals a day.

There were fewer Disney elements than we expected; without looking carefully, you wouldn't necessarily know it is a Disney hotel. I think they are aiming for the hotel to be more classy and premium, but when travelling with kids, you kind of want the Disney aspect dialled up to 10 and to be in your face. The only food options are in the hotel, and are quite expensive. If you wanted to eat elsewhere, the closest metro station (Sunny Bay) has no food options, so you need to travel to either Tung Chung (approx 45 mins) or back into Hong Kong (about an hour).

This place was amazing. VIP treatment from the very start. The room was excellent. Very comfortable, clean, and plush. Just what I needed after a long flight. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Look is deceiving! The hotel looks great from the pictures, location is convenient. However, it's so crowded once you stepped outside the doors. Senior be aware. Facilities are not for the aged. Have to book a room with shower, the bathtub is sloped and inconvenient to get in and out of. Even the shower has no handle bars for support. Not everyone can stand on one foot to clean the other (LOL). Only good thing is the STAFF - helpful, courteous and friendly (but they don't have a magic wand, unfortunately.)

By far one of the best properties I've ever stayed at in my entire life. I've stayed at my fair share of luxury hotels and this definitely tops the list. The view from the harbour-side room is incomparable and definitely well worth it in my opinion. All staff were excellent throughout the stay and accommodating. The hotel itself has a very unique artsy decor and is definitely a unique experience. Shout out to a staff Candace Li, she was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The best interaction with a hotel staff I've ever had. Stay here in Hong Kong, you will not regret it!

We enjoyed our stay here -3 nights. The staff were very helpful. We stayed in Delux Harbour view room Lvl 23. Nice and roomy, clean and quiet and at a good price too. The area was very busy with lots of chinese businesses and this made the area quite interesting. The main Road outside was part of the tram route east-west excellent system to get to other shopping districts and really cheap.
