The staff were wonderful. Our room had been recently renovated snd the bed was very comfortable . The hotel is in walking dto many restaurants and sights but it is on a busy street and the noise of the traffic disturbed our sleep

We stayed there for the conference that happened in the same hotel. It is about 30 minutes walk from the Acropolis and the Plaka area. But the neighborhoods around the hotel are old, dirty and run down. We were told not to walk around at night.

Beautiful hotel in a prime location of Athens. Staff was welcoming and very helpful. The breakfast was soo delicious and such a great amenity to staying here. Loved it!

This hotel was in a great centralized location with everything you need within a short walk. The staff was super friendly and accommodating as well.

Our room was on the second floor and facing the street. It was terribly loud, we could not sleep for the 2 nights we were there. You could hear every car passing and the croissant of people were loud and very audible until 430 am. If you can ask for a high floor room and facing away from street.

Impeccable service at front desk. Fabulous location in the heart of Athens. Many food options just steps away. Breakfast was great and the service excellent. Room and hotel very clean.

This was a beautiful stay. Large, clean room. Lovely bathroom. Lovely breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very close to the acropolis, historical sites, metro station and local restaurants. Good central location. Definitely exceeded our expectations and would recommend for any visitor to Athens

We loved our two stays at The Pinnacle - and can’t wait to return the next time we’re in Athens. The location is perfect - easy walking distance between the Monastiraki and Syntagma Square metro stations and all the pedestrian shopping areas and Plaka, the acropolis, great restaurants and more. The service was impeccable with friendly assistance at every turn. The 2BR/2BS suite we stayed in for our mother daughter (two sets) vacation was so comfortable with a small kitchenette and we were upgraded to the penthouse suite upon our return stay after a week in Skopelos. When we arrived early from our flight we were able to drop off our luggage and go to their 8th floor where they had cold cucumber water and snacks for us and a restroom where we could freshen up and change before heading out for lunch and some shopping until our room was ready at 3pm. We also got late checkout today which was very much appreciated. The desk made reservations for us for drivers to get to the Mandoudi ferry for our trip to Skopelos and dinner reservations and more, concierge service with a friendly smile every time! I highly recommend The Pinnacle for your stay in Athens!
