I can't complain, they have everything you need. rooms is very small. restaurant is good also.

The cleaning needs work; a yellow straw was not even picked up on the bathroom floor when i checked in the first nite. Bath tub showing its age and the hallway carpet is also showing its age. BUT all staff were great and helpful and location was SUPERB!

The reception area of the property is very pretty, the staff were very helpful aswell. The apartment was big and spacious, there was ac in both bedroom and the living room. The housekeeping was appreciated. Some bits like the curtains and shower need a bit of upgrade. Walkable distance to metro. Overall great property.

Pro - location close to trains to airports Cons - bathroom is the worst, no where you can put your toiletries and clean clothes. No divider between shower area and toilet so after shower, you need to come out to the room to dress yourself as the floor is all wet. Tap in vanity is those sensor type, a pain to use when you try to wash your face in the morning as water just stopped as soon as your hands moved away. Not that easy to access restaurants, most close around 8 pm so if yours is late flight it would be hard for you to find something decent to eat. It is the first time I go to Seoul so I chose somewhere close to the train line and it turned out thats the only useful features this hotel offers. Make sure you don't choose their special deal with the Korea pass and duty free vouchers as they are pretty useless "bonus" but you pay more to book this in the first place. Will stay elsewhere next time now I have some idea about Seoul.

From the moment I stepped in, I felt so welcome! A big shoutout to Anica at the front desk—she was super sweet and let me check into my room 1.5 hours early (thank you, lifesaver! When I got to my room I literally gasped—the Seoul Tower was right there in the window like a postcard come to life! It felt like the city was saying hello. The whole hotel has this cozy luxury vibe, with everything you need to relax and enjoy your trip. From the lovely views to the peaceful location, it’s the perfect blend of city energy and calm retreat. Would 100% stay here again. Thank you, Grand Hyatt Seoul!

Great location and plenty of dining options in walking distance

Close to shopping & so much food/restaurants. Less than a 1 minute walk to to lotte world mall which connects to Avenue L, and the Lotte mall, and Lotte World. If you cross the street the other way, there’s “restaurant row” do that area that’s packed with many eateries. Also, right outside of the hotel (same building) there’s a cafe and a gelato place that’s AMAZING. We went there every day. The kids club is very busy (and has no one monitoring it, so there are some big kids that seem a bit too old for this facility.) Also, during check in and check out time, there’s a pretty long queue for the elevators—maybe I went during a holiday, but during both of my stays, I’ve had to wait a good amount of time in a queue to get to my room.

1- you cannot access by car after about 10am so you will have to walk with luggage approx 3 blocks 2-set up is weird, not really American type hotel set up 3-clean 4- no food onsite - approve 2 blocks away for food 5- very walkable 6- area was sketchy until there a few days then it ok, touristy 7- beds not comfy but again, it’s clean
