Personnel constantly asking you to go to a three hour semminar. Getting a room I paid for not having the fridge that was supposed to be in it and being told I would have to pay more to get a room with one. Being told that I would now have to pay in order to go into the tower in order to take pictures that used to be free for guests staying there. Bottom line, you had to pay for everything that used to be included with your stay. Expedia didn't tell me about these extra costs and it made my stay more stressful than relaxing. Will have to do some thinking if I decide to stay there again if ever.

Everything was great!!

Every room is a suite. The bed and living areas were incredibly comfortable.

The pool in pictures is not the pool at property. There’s a hot tub on the roof. No pool towels. Place was clean and neat. Just promised my kids a pool and there wasn’t one so it was a bust in that sense. Also the fees were outrageous, I am military and don’t make a lot of money and this place was super expensive.
