My room was very noisy during the night. First, the city noises, such as garbage trucks working at 2am in the morning, that could be avoided eith better window isolation, then inside the room there was some noise of water dripping inside the walls and the noise of the centeal ACV system running. Additionally, the room was very hot and no way to control the temperature.

i did not receive anything for staying in a ph, they need to put coffee in room, and room service in the morning

Beautiful hotel! Great location, great view and walkable area. The downstairs lounge had fantastic drinks and service, very welcoming. All ages present and the DJ played a good selection of music.
Check in was a bit of a mess since wifi was down. Had to go to a back room office to process our reservation payment, seemed suspicious at first. Wifi was not working the first day until resolved hotel wide.
The upstairs lounge was pretentious and uninviting. We were seated and waiting for 20 minutes without service. Impossible to get a servers attention. We are an older couple and the servers entertained the young cool kids only.

I have traveled all over that world and this may be the best hotel I have ever stayed. The location was perfect, safe and clean. The staff was impeccable, helpful and friendly.

I booked this property last
Minute & could not be more pleased. The staff was excellent, the room was perfect - if you’re looking for something less than 10 minutes from Broadway this is it.
