Very poor arrival We were 1/2 hr early and they made us wait while 5 staff at the lobby desk stood around BSing The hotel only serves breakfast We arrived Sunday afternoon and most of the nearby restaurants were closed Hotel is not ready for prime time

Checkin process was very long and my key didn’t work - they forgot our door was malfunctioning and I received a physical key after two trips up and down. No cleaning service, they leave all supplies by the elevator. Clean, close to many attractions, front staff friendly and knowledgeable. Pretty far from subway station if you have to bring a lot of luggage (recommend taking a Grab/taxi).

We enjoyed our stay at Monday. The room was large in comparison to other hotels in Japan. We enjoyed the laundry machine and kitchen… and the food mart was located conveniently next door. The only complaints we had were we found the bed uncomfortable and the room smelled of curry when we arrived. We would stay here again regardless of those minor inconveniences.

Amazing hotel, every little detail well thought out

Such a cute hotel with great breakfast. Unfortunately we had an issue with one of our breakfast buffets. We asked for a lower table due to elderly parents and a baby. We were asked to come back in 30 minutes due to our table size (6 people). When we finally got the call the waiter told us we had to sit on the high table. We explicitly told me we needed a smaller table and couldn't sit on high chairs, he didn't seem to care and said that was all that was available. We had issues with the baby chair being lower than the table and our elderly parents found it difficult to eat. Not a great experience, but the rest was great

Fresh water and towels everyday. Good views good bar and restaurant up top. Much recommend

Close to Osaka Castle, within walking distance. Beautiful lobby. Staff was helpful with setting up luggage transfer. Close to train station as well.

Beds were like clouds after a long day walking around. Great place to stay, and was good to see a part of home with the bottles of Chandon.
