The Resort location and spa were amazing. Staff super friendly and helpful. One small thing that we don’t like is that the room is a bit old but they mentioned that they are renovating all rooms.

From the moment we arrived, we felt truly special! Being upgraded to a better suite for our 38th anniversary was beyond generous, and the views were absolutely AMAZING. This retreat was the perfect blend of art, nature, and peaceful reflection. Every day started with a breathtaking sunrise at breakfast and ended with the most beautiful, jaw-dropping sunset at dinner. We even experienced a small earthquake and were treated to a delightful visit from a family of monkeys!
The staff were incredibly attentive to all our needs, making the experience even more memorable. The local walk through the rice fields was definitely a highlight — a magical moment we’ll never forget. We’re so thankful for this incredible getaway!

"It's a great place if you have kids. Very popular with Australians. Great swimming pool slide and kids activities. The pool restaurant caters for the more Aussie type buffet breakfast, however, I think more Indonesian cuisine should be on offer. Overall I would stay again."
