It's ok for a 4-star. We spoke several times with the front desk manager (Shahin), who was outstanding! However, it feels like he cannot make big changes happen as the hotel is underinvested from the top. Shahin saved the experience -- without him we would have given this place a 2 star max. We reached out to senior management and were totally ignored. This actually explains why the place is unlikely to change in the future. GM is too busy thinking revenue, not experience. He won't get much revenue UNLESS he improves customer experiences.

The property was beautiful overall. There was some remodeling at the nearest restaurant that required me to do a bit of walking from my resort area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a special way of welcoming you back if you were a returning guest. Overall, 9/10.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm Balinese hospitality and a refreshing welcome drink that set the tone for an unforgettable holiday. The resort grounds are beautifully maintained, with lush tropical gardens, a stunning beachfront, and a variety of pools that cater to both relaxation and family fun. We especially loved the infinity pool facing the ocean. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, offering great views and comfortable amenities. The daily housekeeping was impeccable and always left little thoughtful touches that made us feel pampered. What truly stood out was the service. Every staff member, from the reception to the restaurant team and activity coordinators, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The all-inclusive package was worth every cent – delicious food, cocktails by the beach, and a great mix of international and local dishes. The kids club was a huge hit with our little ones, giving us some well-deserved quiet time while they had the time of their lives with crafts, games, and new friends. Highly recommend Samabe. Stellar rooms, amazing staff, incredible food, fabulous views, the beach Cabanas are a must. And so is the breakfast “in” the pool. The spa is pretty nice too. Traveled there with two kids and although the kids club was small , the kids had an amazing time.
