Gold Coast Beach Holidays

My stay was during the cyclone that Brisbane and the Gold Coast had so was stuck inside for the most part. But the property was lovely and the staff were lovely and helpful too.

We stayed about 3 weeks just before, during and after Cyclone Alfred. A few things to improve: Hot tub and pool are not very warm :( Windows leaked during storm, requiring relocation. Our bottom sheets were not fitted so we had to keep having to remake the bed. Internal parking spots for non owners are now quite limited. Dish, dishwasher, and laundry soap meager for longer stay guests. Having said that, good value overall for type and location of facility. Grounds, common areas, and rooms kept very clean.

Had one bedroom unit. Had everything we needed. Awesome location. Lovely heated inside pool. Staff were lovely 😊

Booked on the day check in was easy but parking was expensive and they oversold it. We went to the NRL match at CBUS had a park before we left and none when we returned. They created one outside but that means we paid $25 for secure undercover parking and ended up unsecured and outdoor so could’ve just parked on the street for free. Other than that all good.

Modern hotel with a beachy vibe. Nice pool and walk to beach. Great Japanese restaurant onsite. Nearby trolley goes to several locations.

We were so glad to have picked this hotel, it was unfortunate though that we were there during the alfred cyclone! The team mitch and dave and kim done everything they could to make our stay pleasant especially that we have little kids! Thank you kim for all those thoughtful things you done for my daughters birthday! Appreciate it! Hopefully see you all the next time!

It is easy to check-in and they have friendly staffs. It is close to beach amd shopping district. The accommodation is nice and clean.
