This hotel had fantastic valet and front desk service. The gym was also wonderful. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful. We were disappointed with the lack of adequate service at the onsite restaurant and bar and so we ate out in other restaurants during our 12 day stay. We but would be happy to stay at this location again!

This is my second year booking, I was extremely excited to go! I was a bit disappointed since one of the features I thought was so convenient last year were the bracelets room keys. Because they are doing renovations they didn’t offer them this time.

Wayfarer was right on the beach. They have a great pool and hot tub overlooking the ocean. The bed was comfortable.

Stayed here with my family, and love everything about this hotel. Love the 24 hour fitness center. The monkey bar is nice to enjoy foamy mai tai and sundown. In the morning, we can see the fighter jets practice from our balcony.

We loved everything about our stay, except being woken up by the go on the tractor on the beach every morning at 5am, it’s also loud on the beach so if your balcony doors are open the screams of the kids echo in the rainbow tower corner room. But we will definitely be staying here again in that room!

We stayed here at the Alahoi resort and we experienced a major storm and they did everything they could to help us and made it so easy to get into another room and such they even upgraded us so thank you so much!!

Overall, the property is very nice and we really enjoyed our stay. The property is beautifully manicured and literally on the beach. The easy access to snorkeling at the black cliffs is great as well as quick walking distance to the Whaler shopping area. A couple of things are lacking including diverse food options (Maui brewing is great however), there are no bbqs on site and there is no hot tub. Not deal breakers but nice to haves for the cost of our stay. The missing star from a 5 is just comparing to other properties we visited which were head and shoulders nicer in terms of amenities, restaurants and overall newer.

The property is in an excellent location, the Staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms are a great size, we had a king. The building could use some upgrades to carpets, and decor. As well as maintenance to old leaks in ceilings and cracked tiles in washroom. Bed was very comfortable , had daily hose keeping , lots of fresh towels. We would stay again if we ever return. Aloha !
