The breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Got a room facing the pool and ocean hut once the door to the patio is open it is very noise from the pool area.

The amenities were really good such as pool and beach and bars.

Overall my stay at the Fairmont was good due to the staff and service. I did find the facilities quite tired and worn out, for example the wallpaper in our initially allocated room was peeling off, weird smell etc. The hotel could definitely do with a renovation as it’s clear it’s very old and needs a refresh. The staff were exceptional though, except for one colleague at the front of Mazaj (Lebanese restaurant) who was quite passive aggressive and rude, all were amazing.
