Everything was just as perfect as you’d expect from a five-star hotel.

My dad had a medical emergency and the staff was on top of things. The staff coordinated with the ambulance and did some of the initial assessments. Dad is well. Room is standard, but very clean. The staff as a whole was very attentive and accommodating.

Great location. Easy to drive to many locations in and around LA.

Marissa and manager were not horrible! We usually have the best service but they made us never want to return! Manger was rude and didn’t even let us speak.

During our five-night stay at the hotel, our family of four had the pleasure of utilizing the gym, pool, and restaurant. While the gym was compact, it provided all the necessary equipment for a swift workout. The pool, though modest in size, was not an issue due to its lack of crowds. The restaurant offered an exceptional experience, with both delicious food and excellent service.

Love the location and the room size. They're very hospitable and even have discounts for local shops with your stay. Close to everything! Already booked my next stay with them.

The hotel was conveniently located near shopping areas, restaurants, and freeway access, and in a safe location. However, the hotel is quite old inside.
