Port Douglas Beach Holidays

We stayed for 3 nights in early Dec 24. We really enjoyed ourselves. The pool was lovely, we loved how you can swim around the pool bar island. The food from the Pool bar was excellent, we particularly liked the Fruit salad and the Karage Chicken. We had a standard room and it was pretty good, very roomy and well appointed.

We have found our 2nd home in Port Douglas. Having visited Port Douglas many times as we love it, and stayed in many different accommodations, we have found a forever place to return to. The property and staff are excellent and the cleanliness is top level. Beach Terraces is walking distance to the beach and the main street. We will be back very soon!!

The staff were friendly and helpful, check in was easy and we were given a high chair for the baby. The room was really nice and big and a balcony overlooking the pool. The pool was beautiful and warm. The hotel is so close to the beach and offer toys for the kids to borrow. The only downsides are there is no lift so we had to get all our suitcases up and down 3 flights of stairs, and we did not fit in the underground parking so parking was out the back, further from our room with our luggage, and one night on the street when parking was full. It is definitely worth the price and we would stay there again.
