Staff was very friendly and helpful

The next door shopping mall is convenient. The resort fee of $63 a day is a scam. Small gym and old equipment for the hotel size. Swimming pool is small and they won't let you use the chairs near the pool you have to rent them. Free chairs are in the cement area away and separated from the pool. We can't believe they charge mandatory resort fee of $63 and we can't get a chair by the pool.

Treasure Island was a perfect location with easy parking. We rented a car at the Hertz counter in hotel. The pool was awesome. Casino definately not one of the upscale casinos/hotels (comparing to Fontainebleau here). But it was fine .. a family type but also some heavy gambling types. Proximity to the Sphere for our concert was great! Went to the Mystete Cirque Du Soleil in hotel very worth it too.

the recently renovated rooms were very comfortable, restroom pretty compact but they had everything I needed. The downside was that there’s no refrigerator and no fan in restroom. I had to get ice twice a day just to keep the soft drinks cool and the ice container was small. I’m not too picky about the small things because I’m going to be out and about for the most part so it was not an issue. Staff was great from checking in to checking out. MGM Grand will be my go-to for the next Vegas adventure 👍

Great property I have stayed here twice now. Conrad is awesome...great restaurants inside and super easy layout. It's a good value.

Great staff very accommodating, allowing us for an early check in. Convenient location to go to the universal studios using Uber. Good deal price/quality/location.

Balconies were all under construction and I was not informed upon booking or ahead of arrival.
