Loved the views from the restaurant and our room.

Not clean Balcony very dirty. We are elderly persons gave us 1st floor apartment no lifts to that floor only stairs.

Generally spacious room. Real drawback was no air conditioning. My room was 27.5 degrees. Even with deck slider open there was no cross breeze. And to leave it open meant listening to the noise outside and there was some late night shouting. When I enquired about the AC the told me the don’t list the properties as having, but that seems unheard of. Moreover, their in room booklet lists info about their AC units!

The Motel itself and staff were excellent. The room was really clean and comfortable for the two of us. Pool and hot tub were great. The shower was fab! A little bit of noise in the mornings from the road but nothing much to worry about. Easy walking distance to the shops, restaurants and pier. Side note- was nothing to do with the motel and they have complained about it but one of the nights there was a group of youths on the beach with their cars and loud music which went on till 4/5am. Apparently the council and police are not prepared to do anything about it. Not the motels fault and I have a lot of sympathy for the local businesses

Azur exceeded all out expectations, which were very high considering the price. But their service exceeds world class luxury hotels, the unit is amazing with so many thoughtful touches to truly pamper you in luxury. Location is beautiful with amazing views, and it's truly relaxing. We really didn't want to leave and definitely want to return. It is well worth the price. Their breakfast, afternoon tea & canapé are delicious, everyone on staff are extremely friendly and responsive, and their car service to town makes it possible for you to not have to have a car during your stay. I've stayed in many very nice hotels around the world and I have to rank Azur at the top in terms of how they pamper you & surround you with luxury. The massage therapists from mobile massage - Indulge - are some of the best we've experienced. We had two Japanese masseuses for a couples massage and they were fantastic. The staff at the hotel are mostly from other countries and it was fun to talk to them. They're all very kind and well trained. I highly recommend Azur.
