Overall a nice hotel but customer service was actually quite poor. Valet was great. Check in person cold and a bad first impression. Hotel staff on phones in foyer whilst I was waiting to check out in a queue. Should be better for the price

This place is so beautiful the service was exceptional & the staff are very nice & cooperative, I’d rate it 100/10 & would definitely come again & I highly recommend to everybody, there are a few restaurants & cafes around
