The hotel was very clean however the rooms were a little small but okay. Just needed to live out of our suitcase. Staff were very helpful, buffet and the al la carte breakfast was very good however the restaurant had limited meals of an evening. Food was great just not enough choices. The hotel is a long way from everywhere so had to use a taxi and they can be expensive.

The property is not the cleanest. Unjust fired employees from 4 years ago created a crowd and protesting with loud music right at the entrance of the hotel. Something sad and unexpected to see in South Korea. Rooms are cleaned every day and the property and rooms are outdated and smell old. The location is great however

Excellent stay, I did have to transfer room due to a sewage smell but it was not a fault of the hotel it was from outside in the city. The city seems to have a generalized drainage problem, may be due to overpopulation and infrastructure issue. The hotel was very lovely and accommodating. Very polite, food was good also. Property itself was great. The check-in was smooth, the room was nice but the only thing I found a little bit odd on was the design of the shower. It does tend to leave a lot of water on the floor of the restroom itself but other than that the stay was practically flawless when I come back from my annual trips I will be staying here again.

The room was clean but is not look like in the picture they advertised air conditioned good we didn’t try the breakfast

Only thing I’ll say is that you can’t control the room temperature by yourself, it’s central…. So It’s hot in the day time and cold at night.

The staff were very friendly from check-in all the way to check-out. Everyone spoke English fluently, and were very accommodating throughout the stay. It was an overall great experience.

Such helpful staff. We needed help with a few things and someone at the front desk was always available and willing to assist. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, the location was right near a subway station and multiple bus lines which get you everywhere you need. Get a t-money card & load with credit which lets you tap on and off to all trains and buses as you go. We didn’t dine at the hotel restaurant- plenty of walkable options nearby if you want to try them. The laundry service was way too expensive- you can just buy new items for the prices they charge!
