The stuff we’re really nice, the hotel is from a close distance to everything, 2 minutes walk to the metro and 5 to taksim street.
The rooms could’ve been slightly cleaner, we blocked the door with a towel to stop the smell of cigarets coming from the next room.
But it’s okay if you’re there just to sleep not spending a lot of time at the hotel.

Very clean room and bathroom, great central location, and good breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful. The air conditioning could be a bit stronger, but overall it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Floors in bathroom are dirty and dated. Most staff were friendly except for one male reception staff who had attitude and didn’t like being challenged when hotel over charges for tours. I am returning to Turkey for another week but will not return to this hotel as it is not central and I want to be in amongst all the tourists attractions and not having to pay for taxi’s all the time.

Food and over all property was awesome .
Staff could use english class for sure .
Deniz was our favorite server she could easily understand us and gave us awesome service throughout the week
