Rooms are basic and small but if you are exploring and using the hotel just to sleep it’s fine. The shower in our room was dirty and had lots of small flies and bugs present

Location is great. Staff is very helpful. But lately calls to front desk take much longer to get answered. So that was a bit disappointing. I had to call 5 times and none of the calls were answered. Eventually I went downstairs to speak with the staff. Also there was no bottled water in the room. I appreciate the eco-friendly choice to avoid plastic bottles, but it would be helpful to offer water pitchers to guests that can be kept in the fridge to provide access to cold water.
