Large hotel that is pretty close to the Shinjuku train station though the station is quite large so still involves some walking to get to the trains. It’s very close to the Tokyo Metropolitan government building that has the free outlook of the city. Our room was quite spacious with two double sized beds, a closet area, a couch and a bathroom with a shower/tub. We only stayed for one night so didn’t try the restaurants.

Great staff who were helpful and polite. This is generally to be expected in Japan. The hotel is an older hotel, probably built in the late 1980’s so the decor is a bit date. But I had no problems with this because the property is well maintained and everything worked nicely. The 25th floor western-style restaurant bar was excellent and classy with a live pianist. The room amenities were extensive, including toiletry items. Location was excellent and is about 15-20 minute subway ride to Shibuya.

This hotel is in a very safe area It has a beautiful walking area within the resort with amazing trees and beautiful scenery, staff has been excellent, the dinning options are excellent, very clean very spacious. Highly recommend you stay here if you come to japan it really is amazing.
