Coronation Island Mountain Holidays

Our stay was okay. The check in process took a long while and only one staff member was available for check in. The in room safe did not work and shower would work one day and then not work the next day. When we walked out of the elevator to our floor, there was a smell. The lotion dispenser in the restroom was out. It's safe to say we will not return to this hotel.

ac wasn't working in room. was fixed in about one hour. had to run the hot water for 15 minutes in the morning before any hot water came out. we only did that on the advice of the front desk. apparently this is a common problem here since the renovation. that being said the staff is well trained and the food was great. Shuttle excellent to airport. would stay again.

The pool area was small and unless you wait in line impossible to get a seat. The staff try to offer a “free” breakfast incessantly but really it’s to get you to buy something. The rooms are great though and well air conditioned which is huge. The monorail at the hotel was a huge benefit for getting around

It was amazing! I was upgraded and the room was absolutely amazing! Can’t say enough good about this hotel and the staff. Best place I have ever stayed in all my travels! Keep up the great work

The property is great. It's beautiful with and has a nice gym. We enjoyed the convenience of staying here and attending the Carrie Underwood concert. I rated service 3 stars because upon checking in I was told that they didn't have a room for me. I booked the room months in advance! They ended up putting us in one of the other hotels in the building but I have never checked into a hotel and been told that they didn't have a room for me. This is outrageous to me. I was given a $200 credit for my inconvenience.

Staff were super quick, attentive, and friendly. A lot of the things in the room were old and/or broken. Super far away from bus station too

Yeah there wasn’t any staff on site but overall this hotel was the cleanest. That’s what matters the most for me and the area it’s in.
